Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tryvin, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Tryvin is a personal objective management and productivity platform with artificial intelligence features, gamification, and habit tracking. The service is provided by Ezbz Software.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with 30 days' notice, except in cases of urgent security issues.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for keeping your access email secure.
• Creating accounts for fraudulent, automated, or third-party purposes without authorization is prohibited.
• One account per individual. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Plans and Payments

Tryvin offers a free plan with limited features and a Premium plan with full access, billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app. Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: refunds are evaluated case by case. Contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@ezbzlabs.com.
• Extra credits: AI credits purchased separately do not expire but are non-refundable.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

5. User Content

You own all content you create in Tryvin (objectives, cards, notes). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service.

Inserting illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content is prohibited.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Tryvin's AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's models (Claude). Generated suggestions are based on the content you provide and are advisory in nature — they do not replace professional advice (medical, financial, legal, etc.).

By using the assistant, you consent to the text you type being sent to Anthropic for processing, in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tryvin is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability or freedom from errors. We are not liable for data loss resulting from technical failures, although we take reasonable measures to prevent them.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@ezbzlabs.com. After termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the court of the user's domicile, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
