1. Who we are

Tryvin is a product of Ezbz Software ("we", "our", "us"). By using Tryvin, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you have questions, contact us at: support@ezbzlabs.com.

2. Data we collect

• Email address — provided at sign-up, used for magic link authentication and notifications.
• Display name — optional, provided during onboarding to personalize your experience.
• Usage data — objectives, cards, habits, and progress history you create within the app.
• Payment data — processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card details; we only receive subscription status confirmation.
• Notification data — push notification endpoint and keys for your device, if you enable push notifications.
• Technical data — API access logs (without message content), for security and diagnostic purposes.

3. How we use your data

• Provide, operate, and improve the Tryvin service.
• Authenticate your access securely.
• Send reminder notifications (only if you enable them).
• Process subscription payments via Stripe.
• Generate personalized AI suggestions (Claude, by Anthropic) based on the content you provide.
• Comply with legal and security obligations.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers necessary to operate the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication (infrastructure hosted in the US with SOC 2 standards).
• Anthropic — AI processing for suggestions and the assistant. Only content you type in assistant interactions is sent.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — notification email delivery.

5. Your rights (GDPR / LGPD)

You have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your data.
• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Data portability, upon request.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@ezbzlabs.com with the subject "Privacy Rights". We will respond within 15 business days.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon requesting account deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., Stripe transaction fiscal records).

7. Security

We use Row-Level Security (RLS) in the database — each user can only access their own data. Authentication is done via magic link, with no stored passwords. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you authenticated. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Minors

Tryvin is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children or minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance.
